BESIX Group certified as Belgian Top Employer for the second year in a row

On the 25th of January BESIX Group was awarded the certification as Belgian Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute for the second time in succession. Each year, the Top Employers Institute certifies companies where the working conditions are excellent, talent is stimulated to develop itself and there is a continuous drive to improve the working environment. BESIX Group is proud to be counted among the 72 Top Employers in Belgium, once again in 2021.

The Top Employer label is an acknowledgement of BESIX’s efforts to help shape a better world of work. It shows the company's commitment to realizing this change through an excellent HR policy and people practices, which put people first. BESIX applies the "#We care" principle, focusing on the development and well-being of its employees.

The label is a recognition of the work of the recent years and at the same time an encouraging signal to continue in the right direction.
