LN24 will start broadcasting on Monday 2 September at 8 p.m. from the European Parliament. During this 90-minute prime-time event, LN24's journalists and guests will inaugurate the new channel. Note that David Sassoli, the new President of the European Parliament, will give his first -and exclusive- interview during this special evening. Rik Vandenberghe, CEO of BESIX Group, will also be featured in the programme.
LN24 was founded and is run by Boris Portnoy, Joan Condijts et Martin Buxant, three experts from the Belgian media world, who possess a complementary experience in both audiovisual and print media.
In addition to its three founders, LN24's shareholders are BESIX, Belfius, Giles Daoust and Ice-Patrimonial. BESIX holds a 33.22% stake and is represented on the channel's Board of Directors by two directors.
