SDG Pioneer Award: A new milestone in BESIX Group’s sustainability journey
BESIX Group is proud to announce it has been awarded the SDG Pioneer award as part of the CIFAL-UNITAR SDG Trajectory programme at the end of last year.
The SDG Pioneer Award is a prestigious recognition which highlights the company’s significant strides in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The SDG Trajectory programme celebrates organisations making a positive impact on sustainability. It features three levels: Pioneer, Champion, and Ambassador. We are honoured to have reached the SDG Pioneer level, which demonstrates our continued commitment to integrating the SDGs into our operations.
CIFAL-UNITAR is a global network of training centres promoting the SDGs that supports sustainable development by building the capacity of local governments, businesses, and civil society organisations. BESIX Group has been a proud member of this network since 2023.
Winning the SDG Pioneer Award shows how serious we are about sustainability. It’s a nod to the steps we’ve taken so far to bring the SDGs into our operations. We’re excited to keep pushing forward towards a more sustainable future.
