The customer, Stobart Automotive, is a private partner specialising in the stocking and distribution of vehicles to various garages all over Belgium. The head office of our international partner is located in England; it also has a branch in the Czech Republic. Stobart needed a new building complex in Belgium, partly for cleaning the lorries and partly to create sleeping accommodation for drivers. Due to the increasing expansion of the business, BESIX Infra and Belasco will execute the entire exterior construction, perfectly phased and to a tight schedule.

One Stop Shop

In this project too, BESIX Infra will demonstrate once again that it is the obvious partner for a 360-degree approach. We are handling absolutely everything for the client, from drawing up the plans to all the finishing work, including line marking and signposting.

Piping included

In collaboration with Van den Berg, BESIX Infra will renovate all the piping around and about the existing office building. All the pipes, connections and water pipes will be provided, down to the finest detail. Sewerage systems with porous tubes will be installed in order to feed the surplus rainwater back into the substrate through infiltration beneath the paved surfaces.

Business as usual

‘Less Nuisance’ is a fundamental concept for BESIX Infra. We will build a sustainable car park for new cars. Under no circumstances may this work threaten the company’s current operations. As always, we will ensure that these can continue during the work.
